Food 

Love INC food pantries are located throughout Muskegon County. These pantries are hosted at churches at various times throughout the week. Neighbors in Need can make a food pantry appointment for their family by contacting Love INC at (231)773-3448. Neighbors who do not have current paperwork may need to stop in the office to meet with a volunteer.

Personal Care Items

Love INC personal care pantries are located throughout Muskegon County. These pantries are hosted at churches at various times throughout the week. Neighbors in Need can make a personal care pantry appointment for their family by contacting Love INC at (231)773-3448. Neighbors who do not have current paperwork may need to stop in the office to meet with a volunteer.

Baby Items

Love INC partners with various churches to provide pantries for baby items. Neighbors in Need receive items for their children from babies to up to three years in age. These pantries are supplied in part by individuals, churches, and businesses that hold collection drives. If you would like to hold a “Baby Shower” for our mothers in need with your family and friends, contact the Love INC office during normal business hours at (231) 773-3448 to receive a list of our most needed items.

Love It Again Resale Store

The Love It Again Resale Store is a ministry of Love INC of Muskegon County! Visit us to find a clean store with plenty of selection for your whole family. Our friendly volunteer staff take great pride in presenting a welcoming and refreshing experience. From clothing for all sizes to furniture, glassware, collectables, and toys, Love It Again offers a variety of items at discounted prices. Proceeds from the Love It Again Resale Store help Love INC provide resources for Neighbors in Need right here in Muskegon County.

Household Items/Furniture 

Our household and furniture pantries are a wonderful resource for Neighbors in Need, providing dishes, silverware, small appliances, and other household needs. This ministry often serves Neighbors referred by the Red Cross, homeless shelters, or prison re-entry programs. If you have new or gently used household items or furniture to donate, please bring them to our Love INC Donation Center in the back of the Love It Again Resale Store.

New Directions Classes

New Directions offers life skill classes and workshops in many locations throughout Muskegon County. Participants earn points that can be spent at the Love It Again Resale Store, and learn practical, life-giving skills in a community setting.

Handicap Ramp

Love In the Name of Christ offers a ministry of freedom to people who would otherwise be home-bound. In cooperation with several other local organizations and using volunteer labor, Love INC builds approximately five handicap ramps per month during the building season! Bicycle Ministry

Many people in Muskegon County do not have any form of transportation to depend on. This can make it difficult to go to work, attend school, or run necessary errands. Love INC is here to help! One of our partner churches offers a bicycle ministry to provide bikes to our Neighbors in Need. If you are in need of a bike, please call the Love INC office to start the application process. If you have a gently used bike that you would like to donate, please bring it to the Love INC Donation Center located in the back of the Love It Again Resale Store.

Appliances

An appliance breaking in the home can present a major struggle for a family, often leading to paralyzing debt. Our Appliance Ministry provides gently used appliances to Neighbors in Need, including washers, dryers, fridges, and stoves. If you have a gently used appliance call our Donation Center to donate today.

Clothing

Love In the Name of Christ connects Neighbors in Need to free clothing pantries hosted at several of our partner churches. If you have a need for clothing, please contact our office to learn more. If you would like to donate gently used clothing, please bring it to the Love INC Donation Center in the back of the Love It Again Resale Store.

Counseling

Love INC partners with a handful of local Christian counseling services to offer our Neighbors in Need an opportunity to talk through issues in a safe, helpful setting. If you have a need for counseling, please contact our office to learn more.

Mentoring

Love INC’s deepest level of relational ministry will be through our mentoring program, which is now being developed. Nationally, Love INC calls this program Comprehensive Transformational Ministry; Love INC Muskegon is looking forward to launching this ministry locally.
